About Us
OUR PASSION FOR PIZZA
We are based in Borrowby, Thirsk and we are available for hire in a 30 mile radius.
Our pizzas are baked in our unique pizzashed specialise in traditional Neapolitan, thin-crust pizzas with a delicious crispy texture and that authentic Italian taste
As far as possible we source our ingredients from farmers and growers local to our base in rural North Yorkshire
The end result is we hope youll agree - a pizza thats as tasty as anything you'll find this side of Rome. Mamma Mia!

Margherita
Our own recipe tomato sauce, cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomato, sprinkled with fresh basil
Magic Mushroom
Chestnut & field mushrooms, oven roasted garlic, cheddar and mozzarella sprinkled with Parmesan and truffle oil
Mediterranean
Oven roasted red pepper, cherry tomatoes, black olives, cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan
Goats’ Cheese Special
Intense goat’s cheese , mozzarella, slow roasted cherry tomatoes and caramelised balsamic onions sprinkled with fresh rocket and Parmesan shavings
Yorkshire Blue
Award-winning Yorkshire Blue cheese with cheddar, mozzeralla, oven-roasted tomato, pear and toasted walnuts
Beef Picante
Aberdeen Angus beef twice cooked in a spicy chilli sauce, flame roast red peppers topped with mature cheddar
